Supervision

I am an approved clinical supervisor with the College of Licensed Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick (CCTNB) and offer supervision for Licensed Counselling Therapists – Candidates (LCT-Cs) pursuing independent licensure. Supervision is available in accordance with current CCTNB supervision policies and requirements, including ongoing supervision throughout the duration of the candidate licensure process, where appropriate under CCTNB guidelines.

My supervision approach is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in ethical, trauma-informed, and evidence-based practice. I aim to support developing clinicians in strengthening their clinical skills, professional identity, case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, documentation practices, and use of self within the therapeutic relationship.

Given my specialized clinical background, I particularly welcome clinicians seeking mentorship in:

  • 2SLGBTQ+ affirming care

  • Transgender and gender-diverse healthcare

  • Trauma-informed practice

  • Complex case conceptualization

  • EMDR-informed work

  • Private practice development and professional growth

Supervision may include:

  • Individual clinical supervision

  • Case consultation

  • Review of documentation, clinical processes, session tapes and recordings

  • Support navigating ethical dilemmas and standards of practice

  • Professional development planning

  • Integration of therapeutic modalities into practice

If you are an LCT-C seeking clinical supervision in New Brunswick, I welcome you to reach out to discuss fit, availability, and your professional goals.
